Personal Training

  • Personal training is generally sessions that personal trainers and their clients have that involves an exercise prescription and instruction. Personal trainers want to motivate their clients, provide feedback, measure strengths and weaknesses during each session to improve their physical fitness. However, personal training does not accommodate for individual’s need in regards to physical therapy, in which they can learn to manage their conditions. With both personal training and physical therapy, individuals can learn to incorporate exercises to minimize injuries, promote physical fitness, and manage their condition or pain.
